The house

Can Font Olives is an 18th century farmhouse surrounded by a garden with a swimming pool, forests and cultivated fields.

Its situation allows you to reach Banyoles in 25 minutes, in whose lake you can go hiking, cycling, rowing and swimming, and in Girona, where you can visit its beautiful historic center. It also has easy access to the beaches of the Costa Brava, where you can practice water sports and enjoy its gastronomy and excellent DO Empordà wines.

The fully restored farmhouse welcomes you with a large wooden door that leads to the central dining room with a Catalan vault. The fully equipped kitchen is located in an open space with a fireplace in the dining room. Through a glass door we reach the living room with access to the porch and outdoor garden. The ground floor is also available a toilet. Both the kitchen, dining room and living room have exterior access to the patios that surround the farmhouse and where we find the pool and two outdoor dining rooms.

On the first floor we find a terrace with chill-out and table football and three rooms with a private bathroom in each one (one double room and two triple rooms), on the second floor we find a double room with a private bathroom.

The entire house is rented for a single group, no space is shared with other guests.

Dogs are welcome and have a supplement of €30 per animal per stay. We accept a maximum of three.

  • The house: The house is located within the town.
  • Outside: Swimming pool, garden, barbecue (includes a sack of coal and pellets for kindling), deckchairs,
  • ​Rooms and bathrooms: Sheets, shower towels (one body and one hand per person), hairdryer, hand soap, body and head soap, toilet paper (one roll per bathroom).
  • ​Fully equipped kitchen: Fridge, freezer, dishwasher and tablets (one per day), oven, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso, Melita and Italian), toaster, juicer, kettle. blender-minipimer, vitroceramic cooker, scrubber, kitchen towels and pan.
  • ​Comfort: Two fireplaces, fireplace wood (a cart), heating and fans.
  • ​Cleaning: cleaning kit, drying rack, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
  • ​Games and entertainment: children's games, board games, table tennis and table football.
  • ​Technology: Free WIFI and TV.
